Our policies are in place to not only protect me, but to protect you!
When you order from me, I promise to provide the best service to you.
In order for me to do my job, I have to have these policies in place.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Free Pickup is always available from my home off the north main exit in Cedar City. (exit 62)
Delivery is available in IRON county for a fee of $8.
Delivery is available in WASHINGTON county for a fee of $25.
Both fees include delivery to your door.
PREORDERS-
Preordered cookies are typically available for major holidays and we enjoy offering these treats to you and your families!
*Preorders must be paid for at time of order.
*If you order and do not respond, or pay, your cookies will not be made.
PICKUPS-
If you order custom cookies, preordered holiday cookies, etc., you are given a pickup window. The pickup window will be provided at the time of order. UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED, if you are unable to pickup during the time scheduled, your cookies will be set outside for 2 hours and reminder text will be sent. If your cookies have still not been picked up, they will be donated. No refunds will be issued.
We are not responsible if anything happens during that additional 2 hour window.
CUSTOM ORDERS & CATERING-
I require payment in advance. This locks your date in my calendar and allows me to do whatever prep work is needed in advance. This can often mean ordering specialty supplies for your particular order.
Custom orders booked with LESS than 4 weeks notice are required to pay the full balance once the order is finalized.
Custom orders $0-$999 are required to pay a 50% nonrefundable retainer at time of order, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event.
Large catering orders over $1000 will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable retainer at time of order, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event.
2 weeks MINIMUM noticed is preferred. Orders with less than one week notice may be subject to a rush fee.
CANCELLATIONS-
While we try our best to work with everyone when it comes to cancellations, we do have to abide by certain guidelines.
As mentioned above, a lot of prep work goes into various orders. Because of this, we cannot offer full refunds.
The retainer paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. We can transfer the retainer to a future order if your plans change, within 6 months. However, if any specialty supplies have been ordered for your event that cannot be used in your future event, the cost will be deducted from your retainer.
We must be notified of any date changes a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
